View, filter, and manage all work orders in your True Tracker system.

Overview

The Work Orders List is your central hub for viewing and managing all maintenance work orders. This page provides a comprehensive overview of all work orders with powerful filtering and sorting capabilities.

Accessing Work Orders List

  1. Sign in to your True Tracker account
  2. Click "Work Orders" in the main navigation
  3. Select "Work Orders List" from the dropdown menu

Page Layout

Header Section

  • Total Work Orders: Shows the total count of work orders
  • Status Summary: Quick overview of work orders by status
  • Search Bar: Global search across all work order fields

Filter Panel

  • Status Filter: Filter by work order status
  • Priority Filter: Filter by priority level
  • Date Range: Filter by creation or due date
  • Department: Filter by assigned department
  • Category: Filter by maintenance category
  • Location: Filter by equipment location

Work Orders Table

The main table displays:

Work Order Statuses

  • Open: New work order, not yet assigned
  • Assigned: Assigned to a technician but not started
  • In Progress: Currently being worked on
  • On Hold: Temporarily paused (waiting for parts, etc.)
  • Completed: Work finished, awaiting review
  • Closed: Reviewed and approved as complete
  • Cancelled: Work order cancelled

Priority Levels

  • Critical: Immediate attention required (safety/production impact)
  • High: Important, complete within 24 hours
  • Medium: Standard priority, complete within 3-5 days
  • Low: Non-urgent, complete when time permits

Using Filters

Quick Filters

  • Click status badges to filter by specific status
  • Use priority buttons for quick priority filtering
  • Click department tags to filter by department

Advanced Filtering

  1. Open the Filter Panel
  2. Select multiple criteria:
    • Status (multiple selection allowed)
    • Priority levels
    • Date ranges
    • Departments
    • Categories
    • Locations
  3. Click "Apply Filters"

Search Functionality

Export Steps
