Create your new True Tracker account to get started with maintenance management.

Overview

The sign-up process allows new users to create an account in the True Tracker system. This is typically done by system administrators or through an invitation process.

Account Creation Process

For New Organizations

  1. Contact True Tracker Sales

    • Reach out to our sales team for a demo
    • Discuss your organization's needs
    • Receive setup instructions and pricing
  2. Initial Setup

    • Receive your organization's unique setup link
    • Complete the organization profile
    • Set up the primary administrator account

For New Users (Existing Organization)

  1. Receive Invitation

    • Your administrator will send you an invitation email
    • Click the invitation link to begin registration
  2. Complete Registration Form

    • Full Name: Enter your first and last name
    • Email Address: Use your work email address
    • Password: Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
    • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password
    • Department: Select your department from the dropdown
    • Role: Your role will be pre-assigned by the administrator
  3. Account Verification

    • Check your email for a verification link
    • Click the verification link to activate your account
    • You can now sign in to True Tracker

Password Requirements

Your password must include:

  • At least 8 characters
  • One uppercase letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One number
  • One special character (@, #, $, etc.)

User Roles

Different roles have different access levels:

  • Administrator: Full system access and user management
  • Manager: Department oversight and reporting access
  • Technician: Work order management and maintenance tasks
  • Viewer: Read-only access to reports and data

Account Activation

After completing registration:

  1. Email Verification: Check your email and click the verification link
  2. Profile Setup: Complete your user profile information
  3. Department Assignment: Confirm your department assignment
  4. Training: Access training materials and documentation

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • Email Not Received: Check spam folder, verify email address
  • Invitation Expired: Contact your administrator for a new invitation
  • Password Issues: Ensure password meets all requirements
