Mobile App Sign In

Access True Tracker on your mobile device for field operations and maintenance management.

Download the App​

iOS (iPhone/iPad)​

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Search for "True Tracker"
  3. Tap "Get" to download and install
  4. Wait for installation to complete

Android​

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Search for "True Tracker"
  3. Tap "Install"
  4. Wait for installation to complete

First Time Setup​

Launch the App​

  1. Tap the True Tracker icon on your home screen
  2. Allow permissions when prompted:
    • Camera: For photo documentation
    • Location: For GPS tracking
    • Storage: For offline data
    • Notifications: For alerts

Sign In Process​

  1. Enter Server URL (first time only)

    • Your organization's True Tracker server
    • Example: https://yourcompany.truetracker.id
    • Contact your administrator if unsure

  2. Enter Credentials

    • Email/Username: Your True Tracker account
    • Password: Your account password

  3. Enable Biometric Login (optional)

    • Use fingerprint or Face ID for quick access
    • More secure than typing password
    • Can be disabled in settings
