Update your personal profile information and preferences in True Tracker.

Overview

Your profile contains personal information, contact details, and system preferences. Keeping your profile updated ensures proper communication and system functionality.

Accessing Profile Settings

  1. Sign in to your True Tracker account
  2. Click your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner
  3. Select "Profile Settings" from the dropdown menu
  4. Or navigate to SettingsProfileChange Profile

Profile Information

Personal Information

Full Name (Required)

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Display Name (how your name appears to other users)

Contact Information

  • Email Address: Primary email for notifications and communication
  • Phone Number: Mobile or work phone for urgent notifications
  • Extension: Internal phone extension (if applicable)

Job Information

  • Job Title: Your role or position
  • Department: Select from available departments
  • Employee ID: Company employee identifier
  • Supervisor: Select your direct supervisor (if applicable)

Profile Photo

Upload Profile Picture

  1. Click "Change Photo" or the current profile image
  2. Select image file from your device
  3. Crop and adjust the image as needed
  4. Click "Save" to update

Photo Requirements

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
  • Maximum file size: 5MB
  • Recommended size: 200x200 pixels
  • Square aspect ratio preferred

  • Start Time: Your typical work start time
