Team Management

Comprehensive team administration for managing departments, organizing users, and maintaining team structure in True Tracker.

Overview

Team Management allows administrators to create, modify, and manage teams (departments), organize users into groups, and maintain organizational structure within True Tracker.

Accessing Team Management

  1. Sign in with administrator privileges
  2. Navigate to ConfigurationTeam

Note: Team Management requires administrator or team management permissions.

Team List Screen

The Team List is your main hub for viewing and managing all teams in your True Tracker system. This screen displays all team accounts in an organized table format.

Search and Filter Options

Find By Name

  • Use the search box to quickly find teams by typing their name
  • Search results update as you type
  • Case-insensitive search

Sort Options

  • Click the sort dropdown (e.g., "SORT BY CREATED AT : ASC") to change sorting
  • Sort by: Name or Created At
  • Sort type: ASC (ascending) or DESC (descending)
  • Default sorting is by Created At in ascending order

Available Actions

For Each Team:

  • EDIT - Modify team details and settings
  • DELETE - Remove team from the system (use with caution)

Main Actions:

  • ADD TEAM - Create a new team

How to Use the Team List

  1. View All Teams: The screen automatically displays all teams when you access it
  2. Search for Specific Teams: Type in the "Find By Name" box to locate teams quickly
  3. Sort the List: Click the sort dropdown to organize teams by different criteria
  4. Manage Individual Teams: Use the EDIT or DELETE buttons for each team
  5. Add New Teams: Click the "ADD TEAM" button to create new teams
  6. Navigate Pages: Use the pagination controls at the bottom if you have many teams

Create Team

The Create Team form allows you to add new teams to your True Tracker system. Click the ADD TEAM button from the Team List to open this form.

Form Actions

  • Save - Creates the new team
  • Cancel - Returns to Team List without saving

How to Create a Team

  1. Click ADD TEAM from the Team List screen
  2. Fill in all required fields:
    • Enter the team name
    • Select department from dropdown
    • Add WA Group ID (optional)
    • Select users for the team (optional)
  3. Click Save to create the team
  4. You'll return to the Team List and the new team appears in the list

Before You Start

  1. Join the Group: Make sure your registered phone number is already a member of the WhatsApp group
  2. Add Our Bot: Add the number +6281246523308 to your WhatsApp group
  3. Search Below: Use the search form to find your group

  • No groups found → Results will appear here after you search

Once you find your group, copy the Group ID and paste it into the WA Group ID field when creating your team.

Edit Team

Click the EDIT button next to any team in the list to modify their information. The edit form contains the same fields as the create form.

How to Edit a Team

  1. Find the team in the list
  2. Click the EDIT button
  3. Modify the necessary fields
  4. Click Save to update the team

Delete Team

Click the DELETE button to remove a team from the system.

How to Delete a Team

  1. Find the team in the list
  2. Click the DELETE button
  3. Confirm the deletion in the popup

Warning: Deleting a team is permanent and cannot be undone.
