Media Settings allow administrators and users to configure file upload preferences, document management options, image handling, and multimedia features to support comprehensive maintenance documentation and communication.

Accessing Media Settings​

User Media Preferences​

  1. Sign in to your True Tracker account
  2. Navigate to Settings → "Media & Files"
  3. Or access through Profile → "Preferences" → "Media"

System Media Settings (Admin)​
