Overview
Offline mode allows you to continue working on maintenance tasks when internet connectivity is poor or unavailable, ensuring productivity in remote locations or areas with network issues.
Setting Up Offline Mode
Enable Offline Mode
- Open Settings in the mobile app
- Tap "Offline Mode"
- Toggle "Enable Offline Mode" to ON
- Configure offline preferences
Download Data for Offline Use
- Go to "Sync & Offline" settings
- Select data to download:
- Work Orders: Your assigned work orders
- Assets: Equipment information
- Parts Catalog: Inventory data
- Procedures: Work instructions
- Tap "Download Now"
- Wait for download completion
