Welcome Screens

Three short screens shown the first time the app opens on a device, before the sign-in page. Once only; after they are dismissed, they do not come back.

What They Say​

Track Everything — Keep track of all your assets and maintenance in one place.

Manage Teams — Assign work orders to your team and monitor progress.

Stay in the loop — Get notified when work orders are assigned to you and when status changes.

The Buttons​

  • Next — move to the following screen
  • Skip — go straight to sign-in
  • Get Started — appears on the last screen

Nothing is lost by tapping Skip. These are an introduction, not a setup step.

Notification Permission​

On the Stay in the loop screen, the device asks for permission to send notifications.

  • iPhone and iPad — the iOS system dialog
  • Android 13 and above — the Android system dialog. On older versions notifications are enabled without asking

Declining does not stop you using the app. What you lose is being told when work is assigned to you or when a status changes — which means opening the app yourself to find out.

Permission can be granted later from your device settings, not from inside the app.

Seeing Them Again​

They do not reappear once dismissed, even after you sign out. Reinstalling the app is the only way to bring them back.
